Universal Energy is an international project development and construction management company with extensive experience in wastewater renewable energy projects and treatment facilities. They specialize in project and construction management, consulting services, commissioning and startup, plant operations and maintenance support services and training and procedure development. For MaxWest, UEI’s scope of services will begin with project design and carry through operations and maintenance on a national basis. UEI will manage a project specific team for each project through the EPC Commissioning/Startup phase, Operator Mobilization, and continuing into extended commercial operation of the facility.
